Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

Description:

Join artist Nelia Harper for an "en plein air" or "in the open air" painting class among the vibrant summer colors of Northeast Minnesota. This class is designed for youth to experience the fun of painting outdoors. The session will include a demonstration, instruction, and time for painting. The class will take place outdoors so students should dress for the weather. In the event of rain, the multipurpose room at MacRostie Art Center will be used. A materials list will be provided. Contact MacRostie Art Center at 218-326-2697 for any accessibility questions or requests. Ages 9 – 16.
