Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

Description:
Join us for a 4 week gentle intro session, healing, restorative warm yoga class. Perfect for beginners or those with previous injuries or who want a slow flow class.  Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels (modifications are always given) the mild heat is beneficial and feels great.  Please bring water and towel.  Mats and all equipment will be provided but bringing your own mat is recommended.
