Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

Description:
Join Grandma Nancy for another fun art project! An art kit will be available for pick-up at the Children's Desk of the Grand Rapids Area Library for the two days before the event. On the event date, a video will go up on the Grand Rapids Area Library Facebook page and Youtube channel, and you can follow along and create art. Add your own flair! No rules, just have fun!
Pick up on 1/22 & 1/23- video will be up on 1/24
