Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for class that is cancelled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes District 318 or other schools. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts (does not apply to MN Wildfire Academy registrations).
