Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

23/24 Thunderhawks Archery Registration - # 31821 –
Description:
The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks Archery program is part of the National Archery in the School Program (NASP).  In order to be part of the program, archers must be enrolled in a school within the district that offers NASP curriculum as part of the school curriculum.  NASP utilizes equipment specifically designed for the program. Equipment is provided for students to use or students may purchase and use their own.  Program fees cover the entry fees for all tournaments including the regional and state tournament, all arrows needed to compete for the year, and use of team bow if the archer does not have their own.

Registration and orientation meetings for the 23/24 archery season will be held at the Reif Center, 720 NW Conifer Drive, Grand Rapids, on Sunday, November 12 from 7:00pm-8:30pm or Monday, November 13 from 7:00pm-8:30pm in the Ives Theater at the Reif Center.  Participants and their parent/guardian are required to attend ONE of the mandatory registration sessions before being allowed to practice.  Team jerseys will be available for purchase at registration.

Practices start in mid-November and the season ends in March with the State NASP tournament.  Official practice times and tournaments will be announced on Team App.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
The Archer Angel Fund is a scholarship program for those participants who are in need of financial assistance in paying their registration fees.  Scholarships may be full or partial. Scholarship applications can be obtained from the Thunderhawks Archery Association. Clicking on the scholarship tab during this registration process DOES NOT apply you for the funding.
