Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

Description:
Make and fly your own Kite! Celebrate National Kite Month!
 Color a kite, put it together and fly it!  Your kite can be full of colors of your own creation and make your own flying machine.. When the kite flies, you will learn about the power of the wind. 
Be sure to include an email to contact you with any updates. If the weather is bad we will postpone and reschedule the event.
Location Marcel Town Hall field.
Register early. Only 12 spot open. If there are folks on the waiting list early enough we will get more kites.
Bring to Class:
Each child must have an adult to help them construct and fly the kite.
