Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

This class is for all levels of painters from beginners to those who need a refresher in this technique. We will connect design principles, color theory, and the nature of watercolor in this learning experience. Reviewing some drawing principles, looking at line, shape, light and composition comprise most of the theory. Learning how to make use of watercolor's special effects of transparency and softness will help you to create and have fun in the process. Bring your own supplies if you have them and a supply list will be emailed to you upon registration. Come for fun and learning a life-long skill to enjoy.
