Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

Description:

This is a true beginning class- no experience, training or natural ability needed. It is wonderful prep for painting classes. You will learn the differences in and uses of the various pencils, paper and erasers as well as shading techniques. All source materials will be provided by the instructor. The atmosphere will be fun, light and supportive! Supply list will be emailed upon registration.
