Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

Personalized coaching, tailored to YOUR needs and goals.  Sheri Schrock, PMBI certified instructor,  will work on skills YOU are interested in or struggling with. New skills are introduced and taught on flat ground and reinforced in the Beginner or Intermediate Skills Park and trails at Tioga Recreation Area. Learn to ride faster with more control on a variety of trails. Schedule private lessons or organize your own small group. A series of lessons is recommended in order to take you to the next level of riding. 

SKILL LEVELS

BEGINNER

body position, bike & body separation, cornering, effective braking, pedaling efficiency, climbing and uphill starts, descending, small obstacle clearing, pumping over rollers, basic drops, scanning

INTERMEDIATE

berms, bigger drops, switchbacks, ratcheting, more effective braking, front wheel lifts, riding off-camber, counter-steering

Pricing 
  • 1 rider for 2 hours - $80
  • 2 riders for 2 hours - $50 each
  • 3 riders for 2 hours - $40 each
  • 4 riders for 2 hours - $35 each

Mountain Bike with hand brakes, biking specific helmet, grippy closed-toed shoes, backpack with a water reservoir or water bottle attached to the bike, bug repellent, bike gloves recommended
