Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

Description:
Create your next masterpiece with 4-H Arts and Crafts! Each week we will highlight and practice a style of art from a different country. This program is geared towards youth in grades K-4. Countries include Africa, Mexico, Sweden, and Australia. Snack provided.
