Refund Policy

Community Education agencies may cancel any class or program that does not meet the minimum enrollment. A full refund will be issued to those who register for a class that is canceled or full. Refunds will also be given if weather or an emergency closes school districts. To drop a class you must request a refund from the agency with which you are registered three (3) working days before the class starts. No refunds will be given once the class has started.

****************ON CAMPUS HOUSING OPTION********************
Economic housing option in on campus dorm or apartments. Will require that participant bring bedding and any desired amenities. Rooms will likely have more than one occupant. College campus located close to town and food amenities. Some meals on campus through academy.
Bring to Class:
Housing is not included in Academy Course Registration! Must enroll separately for each night that you would like to stay.
If you would like to stay on campus at a reduced rate during part or all of the 2024 Wildland Fire Academy.

Dorms/Campus housing requires that you bring your own bedding and linens for a regular size twin bed. There are kitchen spaces available but they do not have pots/pans/utensils/etc. If you plan on preparing your own meals in these facilities bring everything that you may need to prepare and eat your meal.

CHECK IN: 2:00 PM- 9:00 PM In Itasca Hall (see Campus Map). Rules are posted on site. Please note and respect that Itasca is a Tobacco and Alcohol free campus including the residence halls.
